What is your policy on refunds?
The cancellation and refund rules differ based on the payment term.
Please read through any purchase terms and conditions that have been sent to you.
Whenever you cancel a monthly subscriptions, the rest of the monthly charges for the upcoming months will be cancelled. Whenever, you’ll notify us about your intents to cancel our subscription, the cancelation will be effective at the end of current month’s bill period. There is no refund for the month when cancellation take place, however we’ll continue to provide you full access for the rest of the current month billing period.
Whenever you cancel your subscription service, the rest of the yearly charges for the upcoming years will be cancelled. You may cancel at any time by notifying us, but your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current annual payment period. There will be no reimbursements, partial or otherwise, for the rest of the annual term. However we’ll continue to provide you full access for the rest of the current annual membership cycle.
