TotalEnergies said on Monday it is expanding its joint venture with KKR in the United States with the addition of a 700 megawatt renewables portfolio. Court orders TotalEnergies to account for clients’ emissions The deal reflects an enterprise value of $1.20 billion for the portfolio, and TotalEnergies will continue to operate the assets after completion of the transaction, the company added.
