PSX extends gains as KSE-100 climbs over 1,400 points

The Pakistan Stock Exchange extended gains into Thursday’s session, with the benchmark KSE-100 index climbing more than 1,400 points by mid-day. As of around mid day, the index stood at 166,830.69, up 1,413.19 points or 0.85 percent from Wednesday’s close of 165,417.50. The market remained open.
