The value of PKR has dropped over 43.7% against the USD under the PTI government. Local currency faced continuous depreciation since IK was sworn in as new premier. PKR fell off a cliff to 178 in intraday level today from 123.85 on 18th August,2018, depicting one of the sharpest depreciation of PKR in the history of Pakistan.
